Supreme Court Upholds Ban On Partial Birth Abortion
The day after the last partial birth abortion case (Nebraska) was handed down, I was in Strasbourg at the ECLJ with the lawyer who argued it before the Supreme Court. This ruling ensures that this won’t happen any more:
